Shipping policy

Orders are shipped within approximately 3–5 working days after payment is received. Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your zip/postcode.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing courier details and a tracking number.

While we aim to meet these delivery times, please note that during busy periods — including sales and holidays — deliveries may take slightly longer.

Mother Products cannot be held responsible for parcels that are lost or stolen as a result of specific delivery instructions left for the carrier.
